The Troup County Tigers baseball team scored 10 runs and limited the visiting Sandy Creek Patriots to 0 in the Tigers non-league victory on Tuesday.
The Tigers (1-0) will now prepare for their match against Locust Grove (Locust Grove, GA). The Wildcats go into the non-league match with a 1-0 record. In their last match, Locust Grove ran past Eastside (Covington, GA), 10-0, in a non-league match.
The Patriots (0-1) will now prepare for their match against Pebblebrook (Mableton, GA). The Falcons go into the non-league match with a 0-2 record. In their last match, Pebblebrook was overwhelmed by Osborne (Marietta, GA), 18-2, in a non-league match.
