The North Stars (Bakersfield, CA) basketball felled the visiting Mission Oak Hawks (Tulare, CA), 61-47 in Tuesday's non-league test.
The Stars (16-10) will now prepare for their test against Monache (Porterville, CA). The Marauders go into the non-league test with a 14-13 record. In their last test, Monache thwarted Nipomo (Nipomo, CA), 63-59, in a non-league test.
The Hawks now own a 12-18 record.
