The Altoona-Midway Jets basketball team scored 37 points and held the visiting Yates Center Wildcats to 30 in the Jets non-league triumph on Tuesday.

The Jets now sport a 3-15 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Chetopa for a non-league contest on Thursday, February 17. Altoona-Midway will meet a Hornets team coming off a 40-30 non-league loss to Oswego (Oswego, KS). The Hornets record now stands at 2-11.

The Wildcats (4-15) will now prepare for their contest against Crest (Colony, KS). The Lancers enter the non-league contest with a 2-15 record. In their last contest, Crest was nudged by Uniontown (Uniontown, KS), 55-20, in a non-league contest.
