In Tuesday's non-league outing, the Shawnee Mission South Raiders (Shawnee Mission, KS) basketball squad edged the visiting Olathe East Hawks (Olathe, KS), by a margin of 34-27.
The Raiders (12-5) will now prepare for their outing against Shawnee Mission West (Shawnee Mission, KS). The Vikings go into the non-league outing with a 11-3 record. In their last outing, Shawnee Mission West was tipped by Olathe South (Olathe, KS), 39-34, in a non-league outing.
The Hawks now own a 7-8 record. They play next when they host Gardner-Edgerton for a non-league outing on Friday, February 18. Olathe East will clash with a Trailblazers squad coming off a 51-19 non-league loss to Shawnee Mission Northwest (Shawnee Mission, KS). The Trailblazers record now stands at 4-13.
