Virginia High School Basketball - Veritas Collegiate Academy nudges Bayside

February 15, 2023: Chesapeake, VA 23320

In Wednesday's non-league outing, the Veritas Collegiate Academy Spartans (Chesapeake, VA) basketball squad edged the visiting Bayside Marlins (Virginia Beach, VA), by a count of 76-71.

The Spartans (16-4) will now prepare for their outing against Indian River (Chesapeake, VA). The Braves go into the Southeastern outing with a 8-11 record. In their last outing, Indian River was tipped by Oscar Smith (Chesapeake, VA), 62-59, in a league outing.

The Marlins now hold a 6-16 record.
