The Ludlow Lions basketball team scored 52 points and restricted the visiting Monson Mustangs to 43 in the Lions non-league victory on Wednesday.

The Lions now sport a 15-3 record. They put it on the line next when they host Mahar Regional for a non-league contest on Friday, February 17. Ludlow will battle a Senators team coming off a 47-46 non-league win over Greenfield (Greenfield, MA). The Senators record now stands at 10-6.

The Mustangs (7-10) will now prepare for their contest against Smith Vo-Tech (Northampton, MA). The Vikings come into the non-league contest with a 12-7 record. In their last contest, Smith Vo-Tech dropped by Ware (Ware, MA), 66-51, in a non-league contest.
