Kansas High School Basketball - Maur Hill Prep-Mount Academy thwarts Valley Falls

The Maur Hill Prep-Mount Academy Ravens (Atchison, KS) basketball knocked off the host Valley Falls Dragons (Valley Falls, KS), 58-41 in Wednesday's league test.

The Ravens (13-4) will now prepare for their test against Horton (Horton, KS). The Chargers go into the Northeast Kansas test with a 12-7 record. In their last test, Horton notched a victory over Jackson Heights (Holton, KS), 54-42, in a non-league test.

The Dragons now own a 8-8 record. They play next when they travel to Jefferson County North for a Northeast Kansas test on Friday, February 17. Valley Falls will encounter a Chargers squad coming off a 52-35 non-league win over Oskaloosa (Oskaloosa, KS). The Chargers record now stands at 13-7.
