In Wednesday's non-league match, the visiting Bryan Station Defenders basketball team scored a tight 35-31 triumph over the Berea Pirates.
In their next game, the Defenders meet the Boone County Rebels (Florence, KY) in a non-league match, on Friday, February 17. Bryan Station will attempt to better on its 11-15 season record. The Rebels enter the game with a 7-20 record after their 49-41 non-league win over Beechwood (Fort Mitchell, KY).
With the defeat, Berea moves to 9-9 on the year. The Pirates travel to Montgomery County (Mt. Sterling, KY) to face the Indians in a non-league game on Friday, February 17. The Indians enter the game with a record of 18-11. Montgomery County lost 74-66 in their recent non-league game against Blazer (Ashland, KY)
