The Emerson Cavaliers topped the visiting Rutherford Bulldogs basketball team by a final score of 30-22 in Wednesday's non-league game.
In their next game, the Cavaliers face the Wood-Ridge Blue Devils (Wood-Ridge, NJ) in a non-league game, on Friday, February 17. Emerson will attempt to move on its 10-14 season record. The Blue Devils enter the game with a 12-9 record after their 39-33 non-league win over Elmwood Park (Elmwood Park, NJ).
With the defeat, Rutherford moves to 12-8 on the year.
