In Wednesday's non-league match, the visiting Sayre Spartans basketball team scored a good 57-45 triumph over the Western Hills Wolverines.
In their next game, the Spartans meet the Harrison County Thorobreds (Cynthiana, KY) in a non-league match, on Thursday, February 16. Sayre will attempt to better on its 10-11 season record.
