Massachusetts High School Ice Hockey - St. Mark's succumbs to Thayer Academy

The Thayer Academy Tigers (Braintree, MA) ice hockey bounced the visiting St. Mark's Lions (Southborough, MA), 5-0 in Wednesday's league battle.

The Tigers now hold a 11-9 record. They play next when they travel to Noble & Greenough for a battle on Friday, February 17. Thayer Academy will play a Bulldogs team coming off a 4-0 league loss to Phillips Academy (Andover, MA). The Bulldogs record now stands at 20-4.

The Lions (4-15) will now prepare for their battle against Buckingham Browne & Nichols (Cambridge, MA). The Knights come into the battle with a 10-12 record. In their last battle, Buckingham Browne & Nichols nipped Lawrence Academy (Groton, MA), 2-1, in a league battle.
