California High School Baseball - Ayala prevails Mira Costa

Spectators at Thursday's non-league battle between the Ayala Bulldogs (Chino Hills, CA) and the host Mira Costa Mustangs (Manhattan Beach, CA), saw Ayala's baseball squad knock off Mira Costa by a count of 11-2.

Coming up next, the Bulldogs play the La Mirada Matadores (La Mirada, CA) in a non-league battle, on Monday, February 19. Ayala will attempt to move on its 1-2 season record. The Matadores enter the battle with a 1-2 record after their 6-2 non-league win over El Dorado (Placentia, CA).

The Mustangs now possess a 0-3 record. They take the field next when they host Wiseburn- Da Vinci for a non-league battle on Saturday, February 17. Mira Costa will play a Wolves squad coming off a 3-2 non-league loss to Calvary Chapel (Downey, CA). The Wolves record now stands at 2-2.
