The South Paulding Spartans baseball team scored 11 runs and limited the visiting Cedartown Bulldogs to 10 in the Spartans non-league victory on Thursday.

The Spartans (2-0) will now prepare for their match against Sprayberry (Marietta, GA). The Yellow Jackets go into the non-league match with a 1-0 record. In their last match, Sprayberry tipped Cass (White, GA), 10-5, in a non-league match.

The Bulldogs (0-1) will now prepare for their match against Westminster (Atlanta, GA). The Wildcats go into the non-league match with a 1-0 record. In their last match, Westminster tipped Heard County (Franklin, GA), 10-0, in a non-league match.
