The St. Rita Mustangs basketball team (Chicago, IL), was overwhelmed 58-23 in Thursday's non-league battle with the host Andrew Thunderbolts (Tinley Park, IL)

The Thunderbolts now possess a 18-12 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Romeoville for a non-league battle on Wednesday, February 21. Andrew will confront a Spartans team coming off a 49-48 league win over Plainfield East (Plainfield, IL). The Spartans record now stands at 21-9.

The Mustangs (2-26) will now prepare for their battle against De La Salle (Chicago, IL). The Meteors come into the non-league battle with a 20-11 record. In their last battle, De La Salle trounced Marian Catholic (Chicago Heights, IL), 73-55, in a non-league battle.
