In Thursday's non-league match, the host Beacon Bulldogs basketball team scored a good 54-42 triumph over the Chester Hambletonians.
In their next game, the Bulldogs meet the Cornwall Central Dragons (New Windsor, NY) in a non-league match, on Monday, February 19. Beacon will attempt to move on its 20-9 season record. The Dragons enter the match with a 11-8 record after their 90-47 league win over Goshen Central (Goshen, NY).
With the defeat, Chester moves to 12-8 on the year.
