The Episcopal of Acadiana Falcons (Cade, LA) basketball crushed the visiting Kaplan Pirates (Kaplan, LA), 71-43 in Thursday's non-league test.
The Falcons (22-9) will now prepare for their test against Opelousas Catholic (Opelousas, LA). The Vikings go into the non-league test with a 13-13 record. In their last test, Opelousas Catholic walloped Westminster Academy (Opelousas, LA), 43-42, in a league test.
The Pirates now own a 5-25 record. They play next when they host East Beauregard for a non-league test on Friday, February 16. Kaplan will encounter a Trojans squad coming off a 71-31 non-league win over St. Edmund (Eunice, LA). The Trojans record now stands at 10-14.
