The White River Hornets (Buckley, WA) basketball nipped the visiting Lindbergh Eagles (Renton, WA), 49-42 in Thursday's non-league bout.
With the win, White River upgrades its record to 19-4 on the season. The Hornets travel to Franklin Pierce (Tacoma, WA) to clash with the Cardinals in a 2A South Puget Sound bout on Saturday, February 17. The Cardinals go into the bout with a record of 16-6. Franklin Pierce won 67-48 in their recent non-league bout against Sequim (Sequim, WA)
