The North East Indians basketball team (North East, MD), was overwhelmed 69-41 in Thursday's non-league battle with the visiting Tri-State Christian Crusaders (Elkton, MD)

The Crusaders now possess a 28-6 record. They put it on the line next when they host Fellowship of Christian Athletes for a Mid-Atlantic Independent battle on Friday, February 16. Tri-State Christian will battle a Falcon team coming off a 79-45 league loss to Providence Christian Academy (Elkton, MD). The Falcon record now stands at 1-7.

The Indians (1-17) will now prepare for their battle against Perryville (Perryville, MD). The Panthers come into the Upper Chesapeake Bay - Susquehana battle with a 14-5 record. In their last battle, Perryville trounced Bel Air (Bel Air, MD), 73-62, in a league battle.
