Trenton Bulldogs (Trenton, MO) backers were in high spirits Thursday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Penney Hornets (Hamilton, MO), 59-34 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Trenton upgrades its record to 7-12 on the season. The Bulldogs travel to South Harrison (Bethany, MO) to clash with the Bulldogs in a Grand River bout on Tuesday, February 20. The Bulldogs go into the bout with a record of 7-14. South Harrison won 56-53 in their recent non-league bout against Lawson (Lawson, MO)

Next up, the Hornets clash with the St. Joseph Christian Lions (St. Joseph, MO) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, February 20. Penney will attempt to upgrade on its 10-14 season record. The Lions go into the bout with a 18-7 record after their 75-49 non-league loss to East Buchanan (Gower, MO).
