Missouri High School Basketball - McCluer South-Berkeley nudges Affton

McCluer South-Berkeley Bulldogs (Ferguson, MO) backers were in high spirits Thursday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the visiting Affton Cougars (St. Louis, MO), 47-45 in a league bout.
With the win, McCluer South-Berkeley upgrades its record to 1-1 on the season. The Bulldogs travel to Hazelwood Central (Florissant, MO) to clash with the Hawks in a Suburban - Blue bout on Wednesday, February 21. The Hawks go into the bout with a record of 13-4.
Next up, the Cougars clash with the Parkway Central Colts (Chesterfield, MO) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, February 20. Affton will attempt to upgrade on its 11-11 season record. The Colts go into the bout with a 8-13 record after their 52-43 league loss to Ladue Horton Watkins (St. Louis, MO).
