The Southwest Covenant Patriots (Yukon, OK) basketball nipped the host Canton Tigers (Canton, OK), 35-29 in Thursday's non-league test.
The Patriots (11-11) will now prepare for their outing against Sentinel (Sentinel, OK). The go into the non-league outing with a 16-11 record. In their last outing, Sentinel was tipped by Cyril (Cyril, OK), 65-49, in a non-league outing.
The Tigers now hold a 20-4 record.
