The Lawrence Academy Warriors (Merry Hill, NC) basketball knocked off the visiting Cape Fear Christian Academy Eagles (Erwin, NC), 42-24 in Thursday's non-league test.
The Warriors (15-8) will now prepare for their test against Northside Christian Academy (Charlotte, NC). The Knights go into the non-league test with a 15-10 record. In their last test, Northside Christian Academy went down by Victory Christian Center (Charlotte, NC), 36-33, in a non-league test.
The Eagles now own a 6-11 record.
