The Stanberry Bulldogs basketball team (Stanberry, MO), was nudged 59-56 in Thursday's league battle with the host Gallatin Bulldogs (Gallatin, MO)

The Bulldogs (13-15) will now prepare for their battle against Northeast Nodaway (Ravenwood, MO). The Blue Jays come into the non-league battle with a 16-11 record. In their last battle, Northeast Nodaway held off South Holt (Oregon, MO), 49-23, in a league bout.
