Hume Hornets (Hume, MO) backers were in high spirits Thursday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Kingsville Tigers (Kingsville, MO), 74-33 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Hume upgrades its record to 23-2 on the season.

Next up, the Tigers play the Chilhowee Indians (Chilhowee, MO) in a non-league bout, on Monday, February 19. Kingsville will attempt to upgrade on its 7-18 season record. The Indians go into the bout with a 22-6 record after their 54-47 non-league win over Bunceton (Bunceton, MO).
