Ohio High School Basketball - Lakeside overwhelmed by Pymatuning Valley

February 15, 2024: Andover, OH 44003

The Pymatuning Valley Lakers basketball team scored 74 points and restricted the visiting Lakeside Dragons to 30 in the Lakers non-league victory on Thursday.

The Lakers now sport a 14-7 record. They put it on the line next when they host Poland Seminary for a non-league contest on Saturday, February 24. Pymatuning Valley will battle a Bulldogs team coming off a 40-26 league win over Hubbard (Hubbard, OH). The Bulldogs record now stands at 14-8.

The Dragons (1-20) will now prepare for their contest against Geneva (Geneva, OH). The Eagles come into the Chagrin Valley - Lake contest with a 17-4 record. In their last contest, Geneva triumphed over Hawken (Gates Mills, OH), 70-39, in a non-league contest.
