The Leesville Wampus Cats (Leesville, LA) basketball knocked off the host Minden Crimson Tide (Minden, LA), 65-48 in Thursday's non-league test.
The Wampus Cats (21-10) will now prepare for their test against South Beauregard (Longville, LA). The Knights go into the non-league test with a 23-8 record. In their last test, South Beauregard notched a victory over Westlake (Westlake, LA), 53-37, in a league test.
The Crimson Tide now own a 14-12 record.
