In Thursday's league outing, the Milaca Wolves (Milaca, MN) basketball squad beat the visiting Pine City Dragons (Pine City, MN), by a count of 72-58.
The Wolves (10-12) will now prepare for their outing against Mora (Mora, MN). The Mustangs go into the AA Section 6 outing with a 4-18 record. In their last outing, Mora defeated East Central (Sandstone, MN), 54-25, in a non-league outing.
The Dragons now hold a 16-8 record. They play next when they travel to Royalton for a AA Section 6 outing on Tuesday, February 20. Pine City will clash with a Royals squad coming off a 50-39 league loss to Sauk Centre (Sauk Centre, MN). The Royals record now stands at 13-10.
