The Moundridge Wildcats (Moundridge, KS) basketball knocked off the visiting Remington Broncos (Whitewater, KS), 57-48 in Thursday's non-league test.
The Wildcats (15-3) will now prepare for their test against Berean Academy (Elbing, KS). The Warriors go into the Heart of America test with a 14-3 record. In their last test, Berean Academy went down by Elyria Christian (McPherson, KS), 29-24, in a non-league test.
The Broncos now own a 11-8 record. They play next when they travel to Sedgwick for a non-league test on Tuesday, February 20. Remington will encounter a Cardinals squad coming off a 53-48 non-league loss to Trinity (Hutchinson, KS). The Cardinals record now stands at 2-14.
