The Coronado Thunderbirds routed the visiting Jefferson Silver Foxes softball squad by a final score of 9-4 in Thursday's non-league battle.

The Thunderbirds (1-2) will now prepare for their battle against Clint (Clint, TX). The Lions go into the non-league battle with a 1-2 record. In their last battle, Clint was routed by Parkland (El Paso, TX), 22-0, in a non-league battle.
