Louisiana High School Baseball - Beau Chene loses to South Lafourche

South Lafourche Tarpons (Galliano, LA) fans left the game pleased Saturday as they observed their baseball squad achieve victory over the visiting Beau Chene Gators (Arnaudville, LA), 9-1 in a non-league match.
With the triumph, South Lafourche advances its record to 2-2 on the season. The Tarpons host Central Lafourche (Raceland, LA) to battle the Trojans in a non-league match on Friday, February 21. The Trojans come into the match with a record of 2-1.
The Gators now have a 0-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Carencro for a non-league match on Monday, February 17. Beau Chene will battle a Bears squad coming off a 2-0 non-league loss to Eunice (Eunice, LA). The Bears record now stands at 2-3.
