In Saturday's non-league test, the St. Pius X Warriors (Kansas City, MO) basketball team beat the host Bishop Miege Stags (Shawnee Mission, KS), by a tally of 58-46.
The Warriors now possess a 14-9 record. They play next when they host Bishop LeBlond for a Midland Empire game on Wednesday, February 19. St. Pius X will confront a Eagles team coming off a 69-45 non-league loss to East Buchanan (Gower, MO). The Eagles record now stands at 24-4.
With the loss, Bishop Miege falls to 5-11 on the campaign. The Stags travel to Blue Valley West (Stilwell, KS) to confront the Jaguars in a Eastern Kansas game on Tuesday, February 18. The Jaguars go into the game with a record of 9-7.
