West Virginia High School Basketball - South Charleston triumphant over Calvary Baptist Academy

February 15, 2025: South Charleston, WV 25309

The crowd at Saturday's non-league challenge between the South Charleston Black Eagles (South Charleston, WV) and the visiting Calvary Baptist Academy Patriots (Hurricane, WV), observed South Charleston's basketball team overwhelm Calvary Baptist Academy by a score of 75-54.

The Black Eagles (13-4) will now prepare for their challenge against St. Albans (St. Albans, WV). The Red Dragons come into the Mountain State challenge with a 10-8 record.

In their next game, the Patriots encounter the Parkersburg Christian (Parkersburg, WV) in a West Virginia Christian challenge, on Monday, February 17. Calvary Baptist Academy will attempt to improve on its 22-4 season record. The come into the challenge with a 10-9 record after their 70-60 league win over Morgantown Christian Academy (Morgantown, WV).
