The crowd at Saturday's league challenge between the Centennial Rams (San Luis, CO) and the visiting Lake City Community 14ers (Lake City, CO), observed Centennial's basketball team overwhelm Lake City Community by a margin of 65-40.

The Rams (7-10) will now prepare for their challenge against Creede (Creede, CO). The Miners come into the 1A Southern Peaks challenge with a 6-11 record. In their last challenge, Creede trounced Cripple Creek-Victor (Cripple Creek, CO), 44-28, in a non-league challenge.

In their next game, the 14ers battle the Creede Miners (Creede, CO) in a 1A Southern Peaks challenge, on Friday, February 21. Lake City Community will attempt to better on its 0-7 season record. The Miners come into the challenge with a 6-12 record after their 35-34 league loss to Centennial (San Luis, CO).
