The Doherty Memorial Highlanders (Worcester, MA) basketball were winner over the host Hopkinton Hillers (Hopkinton, MA), 79-65 in Saturday's non-league bout.
The Highlanders now possess a 15-3 record. They play next when they host Burncoat for a Inter High bout on Tuesday, February 18. Doherty Memorial will play a Patriots team coming off a 63-61 non-league win over Shrewsbury (Shrewsbury, MA). The Patriots record now stands at 14-4.
With the loss, Hopkinton falls to 12-7 on the campaign. The Hillers travel to Wayland (Wayland, MA) to play the Warriors in a non-league bout on Wednesday, February 19. The Warriors go into the bout with a record of 5-13. Wayland lost 66-57 in their recent non-league bout against Dover-Sherborn (Dover, MA)
