The Mason County Royals (Maysville, KY) basketball were winner over the visiting Greenup County Musketeers (Greenup, KY), 69-54 in Saturday's non-league bout.

The Royals now possess a 10-13 record. They play next when they travel to Bishop Brossart for a non-league bout on Monday, February 17. Mason County will play a Mustangs team coming off a 81-55 non-league loss to Ryle (Union, KY). The Mustangs record now stands at 13-12.

With the loss, Greenup County falls to 9-18 on the campaign. The Musketeers host Boyd County (Ashland, KY) to play the Lions in a non-league bout on Tuesday, February 18. The Lions go into the bout with a record of 21-9. Boyd County lost 72-64 in their recent non-league bout against South Charleston (South Charleston, WV)
