The Gretna Dragons defeated the visiting Standing Bear Grizzlies basketball squad by a final score of 56-48 in Saturday's non-league outing.

Next, the Dragons clash with the Bishop Heelan Catholic Crusaders (Sioux City, IA) in a non-league outing, on Thursday, February 20. Gretna will attempt to upgrade on its 9-13 season record.

The Grizzlies (4-14) will now prepare for their outing against York (York, NE). The Dukes come into the non-league outing with a 8-12 record. In their last outing, York went down by Seward (Seward, NE), 87-67, in a non-league outing.
