New Mexico High School Basketball - Valley overwhelms West Mesa

The Valley Vikings basketball team scored 62 points and limited the host West Mesa Mustangs to 38 in the Vikings non-league triumph on Saturday.
The Vikings now possess a 9-9 record. They play next when they host Del Norte for a non-league game on Tuesday, February 18. Valley will confront a Knights team coming off a 66-42 non-league loss to Albuquerque Academy (Albuquerque, NM). The Knights record now stands at 6-10.
With the loss, West Mesa falls to 10-9 on the campaign. The Mustangs travel to Atrisco Heritage Academy (Albuquerque, NM) to confront the Jaguars in a non-league game on Tuesday, February 18. The Jaguars go into the game with a record of 0-14.
