The Warner Monarchs (Warner, SD) basketball edged the visiting Herreid/Selby Wolverines (Herreid, SD), 53-49 in Saturday's non-league bout.
The Monarchs now possess a 15-6 record.
With the loss, Herreid/Selby falls to 11-7 on the campaign. The Wolverines host Potter County co-op [Gettysburg/Hoven] (Gettysburg, SD) to play the Battlers in a B Region 6 bout on Tuesday, February 18. The Battlers go into the bout with a record of 7-11. Potter County co-op [Gettysburg/Hoven] lost 51-45 in their recent non-league bout against Howard (Howard, SD)
