The Langford Lions basketball team scored 45 points and limited the visiting Jones County Coyotes to 38 in the Lions non-league triumph on Saturday.

The Lions now have a 9-13 record. They play next when they travel to Aberdeen Christian for a B Region 1 game on Tuesday, February 18. Langford will confront a Knights team coming off a 45-20 league loss to Hitchcock-Tulare (Tulare, SD). The Knights record now stands at 0-20.

With the loss, Jones County falls to 10-9 on the campaign. The Coyotes travel to White River (White River, SD) to confront the Tigers in a B Region 7 game on Tuesday, February 18. The Tigers go into the game with a record of 10-6. White River won 69-39 in their recent non-league game against Lower Brule (Lower Brule, SD)
