The Tri-Valley Mustangs basketball team scored 57 points and limited the host Milbank Bulldogs to 54 in the Mustangs non-league triumph on Saturday.

The Mustangs now have a 9-9 record. They play next when they host McCook Central/Montrose for a non-league game on Monday, February 17. Tri-Valley will confront a Fighting Cougars team coming off a 40-35 non-league loss to Viborg/Hurley (Viborg, SD). The Fighting Cougars record now stands at 9-11.

With the loss, Milbank falls to 10-8 on the campaign. The Bulldogs host Madison (Madison, SD) to confront the Bulldogs in a non-league game on Tuesday, February 18. The Bulldogs go into the game with a record of 1-16. Madison lost 60-33 in their recent non-league game against Canton (Canton, SD)
