In Saturday's non-league contest, the host Racine Lutheran Crusaders basketball team scored a good 54-37 triumph over the University School of Milwaukee Wildcats.

The Crusaders (4-22) will now prepare for their contest against Martin Luther (Greendale, WI). The Spartans go into the Metro Classic contest with a 10-14 record. In their last contest, Martin Luther topped Burlington (Burlington, WI), 46-42, in a non-league contest.

In their next game, the Wildcats confront the Brookfield Academy Blue Knights (Brookfield, WI) in a Midwest Classic contest, on Tuesday, February 18. University School of Milwaukee will attempt to better on its 1-20 season record. The Blue Knights go into the contest with a 7-13 record after their 37-32 league loss to Catholic Central (Burlington, WI).
