The Lamar Thunder basketball team scored 47 points and limited the visiting Manitou Springs Mustangs to 39 in the Thunder league triumph on Saturday.
The Thunder now possess a 12-0 record. They play next when they host Las Animas for a non-league game on Monday, February 17.
With the loss, Manitou Springs falls to 2-3 on the campaign. The Mustangs host Buena Vista (Buena Vista, CO) to play the Demons in a non-league game on Wednesday, February 19. The Demons go into the game with a record of 4-3.
