With the victory, Maury advances its record to 9-3 on the year.
The Warriors now own a 12-8 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Grassfield for a non-league battle on Tuesday, February 18. Nansemond River will meet a Grizzlies squad coming off a 55-48 non-league loss to Oscar Smith (Chesapeake, VA). The Grizzlies record now stands at 8-7.
