In Saturday's non-league contest, the visiting Petersburg Crimson Wave basketball team scored a big 105-21 triumph over the Thomas Jefferson Vikings.

The Crimson Wave (8-8) will now prepare for their contest against Dinwiddie (Dinwiddie, VA). The Generals go into the non-league contest with a 5-9 record. In their last contest, Dinwiddie was trounced by Meadowbrook (Richmond, VA), 55-33, in a non-league battle.

The Vikings now own a 8-10 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Freeman for a non-league battle on Tuesday, February 18. Thomas Jefferson will meet a Mavericks squad coming off a 45-33 non-league loss to Glen Allen (Glen Allen, VA). The Mavericks record now stands at 11-7.
