St. Thomas Aquinas Raiders (Fort Lauderdale, FL) backers exited the stadium satisfied Saturday as they saw their lacrosse team top the visiting Cardinal Newman Crusaders (West Palm Beach, FL), 13-0 in a non-league game.
With the victory, St. Thomas Aquinas improves its record to 1-0 on the season. The Raiders travel to Columbus (Miami, FL) to play the Explorers in a non-league game on Thursday, February 20. The Explorers come into the game with a record of 0-0.
The Crusaders now have a 0-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host St. John Paul II Academy for a non-league game on Tuesday, February 18.
