The St. John Paul II Falcons soccer squad scored 8 points and held the visiting Columbia Eagles to 1 in the Falcons non-league victory on Saturday.
The Falcons now possess a 2-1 record. They play next when they host Athens for a non-league bout on Saturday, February 15. St. John Paul II will play a Golden Eagles squad coming off a 1-0 non-league win over Tharptown (Russellville, AL). The Golden Eagles record now stands at 2-1.
With the loss, Columbia moves to 0-3 on the year. The Eagles host Tanner (Tanner, AL) to play the Rattlers in a non-league bout on Saturday, February 15. The Rattlers go into the bout with a record of 1-1. Tanner won 10-0 in their recent non-league bout against Mae Jemison (Huntsville, AL)
