The Holland Hornets triumphed over the host Alpha Omega Academy Lions softball squad by a count of 12-0 in Saturday's non-league challenge.

Next, the Hornets play the Rockdale Tigers (Rockdale, TX) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, February 18. Holland will attempt to upgrade on its 5-1 season record. The Tigers enter the challenge with a 1-3 record after their 8-8 non-league Snook (Snook, TX).

The Lions (1-4) will now prepare for their challenge against Brazos Christian (Bryan, TX). The Eagles enter the non-league challenge with a 2-2 record. In their last challenge, Brazos Christian was routed by BVCHEA HomeSchool (Bryan, TX), 15-7, in a non-league challenge.
