The crowd at Friday's non-league bout between the Bowie Bulldogs (Austin, TX) and the host Jourdanton Indians/Squaws (Jourdanton, TX), observed Bowie's softball team get by Jourdanton by a tally of 2-0.

The Bulldogs (2-2) will now prepare for their bout against Steele (Cibolo, TX). The Knights go into the non-league bout with a 3-3 record. In their last bout, Steele tipped Jourdanton (Jourdanton, TX), 12-6, in a non-league bout.

In their next game, the Indians/Squaws clash with the Medina Valley Panthers (Castroville, TX) in a non-league bout, on Friday, February 14. Jourdanton will attempt to advance on its 1-4 season record. The Panthers go into the bout with a 1-2 record after their 10-9 non-league loss to Steele (Cibolo, TX).
