In Saturday's non-league match, the visiting Southlake Carroll Dragons softball team scored a tight 10-3 win over the Ingleside Mustangs.
The Dragons (5-0) will now prepare for their match against College Station (College Station, TX). The Cougars come into the non-league match with a 2-1 record. In their last match, College Station nipped Klein (Klein, TX), 13-1, in a non-league match.
In their next game, the Mustangs confront the London Pirates (Corpus Christi, TX) in a non-league match, on Tuesday, February 18. Ingleside will attempt to better on its 0-2 season record. The Pirates come into the match with a 2-1 record after their 7-5 non-league win over HCYA (Houston, TX).
