In Saturday's non-league test, the Mt. Pleasant Tigers (Mt. Pleasant, TX) softball squad overwhelmed the host Queen City Bulldogs (Queen City, TX), by a tally of 14-3.

Next, the Tigers clash with the Duncanville Panthers and Pantherettes (Duncanville, TX) in a non-league test, on Saturday, February 15. Mt. Pleasant will attempt to advance on its 3-1 season record. The Panthers and Pantherettes go into the test with a 1-2 record after their 3-1 non-league loss to Grand Saline (Grand Saline, TX).

The Bulldogs (0-4) will now prepare for their test against Chisum (Paris, TX). The Mustangs go into the non-league test with a 0-2 record. In their last test, Chisum was routed by Edgewood (Edgewood, TX), 14-0, in a non-league test.
